FREE RETURNS – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

At politikos.gr we want everything easy and fast! That's why you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the product for FREE, choosing one of the cooperating transport companies ELTA courier, Speedex, Courier Center & General Post.

The process is simple and can be done in two different ways:

1. If you have an account at politikos.gr:

• - You fill in the  Returns Form with the necessary information
• - You properly pack the package with the returned item (or items)
• - Fill in the return address on the package: Kapodistriou & Amalias 2, P.O. 35100, Lamia, +30 22314 40000
• - You go to one of the cooperating transport companies and deliver the package absolutely FREE.

2. If you do not have an account at politikos.gr

• - You enter to your account, where you have an analysis of your recent orders
• - You select the "Return" link
• - In the window that opens, you select the product you want to return and the reason for its return
• - You properly pack the package with the returned item (or items)
• - Fill in the return address on the package: Kapodistriou & Amalias 2, P.O. 35100, Lamia, +30 22314 40000
• - You go to one of the cooperating transport companies and deliver the package absolutely FREE.
• - Depending on the payment method of your original order, your money will be refunded. In case you had chosen Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposit, you will have to fill in your IBAN details.

Τhe product must be in perfect condition, with its tags, without damage and the proof of purchase inside the package during the return.

For Cyprus, the free first return does not apply!

Returns or changes are not accepted in the following cases:

• If you have removed the company and manufacturer tags
• If you have used the products beyond the testing process
• If you have damaged the product packaging
• More specifically on Underwear, Swimwear, Socks, Grooming Products, Protective Masks and Earrings, returns are accepted provided that they have not been used and the protective of items have not been removed. The shoes must be tried on a clean floor or carpet, as the sole must not be dirty in order to accept the return. The shoebox should also be adequately protected during return so that it does not suffer any damage.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You can cancel your order in the following cases:

1. a) Before shipping the product

Cancellation is possible by sending an e-mail to [email protected]  or by calling +30 22314 40000, Monday to Friday 09:00-19:00, and Saturday from 09:00-15:00.

1. b) After receiving the product:

You can withdraw of the contract, even if you just changed your mind. Just by completing and sending the withdrawal form.

A basic condition for the valid exercise of the right of withdrawal is that the product is in perfect condition:

• The product must be in its original condition
• The packaging must be original, in excellent condition, not damaged or incomplete or with obvious signs of wear
• To include all accessories, any gifts, accompanying products and materials
• The product you are returning must be accompanied by all the necessary documents you received upon receipt.

It is clarified that the return is made at your own expense and cost, within 14 calendar days from the day of your relevant Notice of Withdrawal (either you return it to the point we indicate, or you send it with a carrier).

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the costs of cash on delivery and shipping of the original order shall be borne by the customer and shall not be refunded.

As soon as we receive the product, it will be checked and if it meets the above quality conditions, then we will refund your money in 5-6 working days from the date of cancellation of the order, or at the latest within 14 working days in exceptional cases.

Please note that hygiene products (eg Underwear, Swimwear, Socks, Care Products, Protective Masks, Earrings, etc.) and products manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
